Plucky Bytes is a small games studio founded in November 2020. We are really to be part of Amplifier Game Invest, Stockholm. We are based in Sweden, but we are a fully remote studio.
At Plucky Bytes we believe that games can be laid-back and easily enjoyed, while still being deep and intriguing. We are creating casual experiences with focus on rich game worlds, player freedom, and a good load of classic fun.

We are looking for a Producer to support our team of game developers to ensure that all the disciplines are on the same page and working together as smoothly as possible.
You are responsible for making sure that production remains on track, and delivered to our set standards of quality.
Using agile methods, you'll be working with finding and mitigating hurdles in the development in order to maintain a smooth and stress-free work environment. Your aim should always be to have people working with the game itself as much as possible; administrative processes that demands team members participation must be kept to a minimum, and when they are necessary they need to be streamlined and 'light'.
You need to be fluent both in spoken and written English, and be an EU national, with the right to work in Sweden.
We Are Looking For
Someone with at least two years experience as a Producer, preferably in a smaller studio.
Someone who is familiar with Google Workspace.
Preferably someone who has some experience with Codecks.
Ensure that open and good communication within the whole team is maintained at all times.
Create and maintain roadmaps, schedules and project plans to ensure that the team is on track with their tasks.
Have weekly syncs with both our Executive Producer and the management team, keeping everyone in the loop about the state of development.
Work closely with our Game Director to ensure that game vision and actual product are in sync.
